Cora's Reading reflection for 12/4/06 - The Man in the Moon
To me, this story is shouting me "Appreciate what you are in life, because nothing else is better that who you are." The blacksmith wanted to be almost anything except him, but when he changed into a substance that made him want to be something else until he wound up back as a blacksmith.

I love that story! It has SUCH a good moral! I like how your summarized the story into your own moral. I REALLY REALLY like your moral! What do you think the blacksmith's personaility was like before he was changed into different objects?
